Y'all Can Have Austin...

I was just in Austin for SXSW and although it's a fun city and in a state that I LOVE, I'm leaving it. All the hipsters who were running around saying that Austin is "the only place in Texas" where they could live, can have it. I'll take the rest of the Texas...Dallas/Fort Worth especially. I'm not hating on Austin and it was great for work, but I've never waited in longer lines, seen more rain and hippies or had a tougher time finding a cab. Here's just a few pics from the trip....

I haven't done a song of the day in a while but I'm really loving this song lately. It's an oldie but a goodie. And as you can see from the recent background change on the blog, I'm embracing and loving life in California. 

Home Sweet Home

I never thought I would be making Los Angeles home again but I'm actually very excited to be here, really looking forward to making my new apartment cozy and mine and happy to be back in place where I have old friends. And really, it is true that home is where the heart is so since Ziggy and I are living in this spot, it's officially HOME.
